Suggested Use

Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks. 1 pack on waking & the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 weeks "on", 1 week "off" cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. The Thermogenic Complex is in the red capsule & the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsules.

Directions For Animal Cuts:
Take two Animal Cuts packs everyday for three consecutive weeks. Follow a cycle consisting of three weeks on and one week off. After your one week off cycle, you can repeat another three week on cycle until you reach your goals. Take on an empty stomach.
